Directions for each presenter.

  1. Tell the class the name of your city and state, paying special attention to pronunciation.

  2.  Add the city name to the correct dot on the projected map on the white board.

  3. Tell us a few facts that you wrote in your "postcard."  This should include: location, size, something the city is well-known for, the name of a restaurant and a meal you "ate" there.

  4. Tell us about one thing we should see or do if we ever get a chance to visit this city.

  5. Show us your 3-D project.  Explain its significance to your city.  Tell us details about how you made it. 

 Directions for listeners.

  1. As each student begins his/her oral presentation, add the student’s name next to the matching city name on your worksheet.

  2. Add the city name to the correct dot on your copy of the projected map.

  3. Listen carefully to the oral presentation.  Describe (briefly) the 3-D project of the presenter.
